Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 12, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all services and digital products offered by The Attraction Edit LLC, including dating coaching, profile audits, profile creation, and downloadable resources. By purchasing any service through this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Guarantees of Results

We provide expert advice grounded in communication strategy, and behavioral science. However, dating is complex and influenced by many factors outside of our control. Therefore, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, matches, relationships, or results from our coaching, profile services, or content.

You are responsible for your choices, communication, and interactions before, during and after receiving our services. Refunds cannot be issued based on a lack of results.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the customized, digital, and expert nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Dating profile audits

  • Dating profile creation

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • The Swipe File and other custom digital downloads and documents

  • Digital guides, templates, or downloads

  • ​

Once a service is delivered, or work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

3. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule a coaching session one time only, with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted via email and confirmed by our team in writing.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

  • Further reschedule requests beyond the one-time allowance will not be honored.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

  • All payment disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the original transaction.

  • We reserve the right to challenge unauthorized chargebacks with documentation and proof of service.

  • Fraudulent disputes will result in denial of future services and potential legal action.

5. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Modifications will not apply retroactively to past purchases. Your continued use of our services after any update indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
